Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During collection launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned and requires reshipment.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@emilienewyork.com with your order number and photographs of the damage.

Approved claims may be eligible for an exchange or replacement, subject to product availability.
