Refund policy

Due to the limited nature of our small-batch production, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

We take great care in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@emilienewyork.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved cases may be eligible for an exchange or replacement at our discretion, depending on product availability. Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage incurred after delivery are not eligible for exchange.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing preferences, or normal variations in fabric, color, or texture.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
